Berekeluu Aimak
Professors from Chungbuk University (Republic of Korea) visited Kyrgyzstan from June 26th to 30th, 2023, to monitor and evaluate the Integrated Rural Development Project in the Kyrgyz Republic, "Berekeluu Aymak." The purpose of their visit was to assess the project's effectiveness and its impact on improving the living conditions of communities residing in 30 villages in the Osh and Batken regions.
During their visit, they inspected various project facilities, including development centers, football fields, gas and water supply systems, health posts, drinking water reservoirs, paved roads, and kindergartens. The professors actively engaged with local farmers, learning from their experiences and gaining insights into agriculture in the Kyrgyz Republic. It is expected that the monitoring and evaluation results will make a significant contribution to achieving the project's goals, playing a crucial role in project management through consultations and recommendations.

One year ago, in the Asia Mall shopping center, in the Beauty Club area, a special place appeared — a charity corner of Good Neighbors Kyrgyz Republic. This is a space where anyone can pause amidst the usual shopping hustle, play the piano, and bring warmth to children who are in great need of support. 🎹💚
Recently, our young musician AliHamza Esen (@alihamza_esen_) shared this wonderful video with us. How wonderful it is when music becomes the language of kindness, uniting people around one important goal. ❤️
All funds collected in the charity box go toward implementing Good Neighbors' charitable projects to support children and families in need.
We sincerely thank everyone who stops by our piano, plays, makes a donation, or simply supports this good initiative. It is thanks to you that music turns into real help, and together we give hope and create positive change.

On July 30, 2026, a training session on “Prevention of Emotional Burnout” was held for employees of Good Neighbors Kyrgyz Republic.
The event was aimed at raising staff awareness about emotional burnout, its key signs, causes, and consequences, as well as introducing effective methods for prevention and maintaining emotional well‑being.
During the two‑hour program, participants engaged in a series of interactive sessions focused on practical mastery of self‑assessment tools and prevention of professional burnout. Throughout the training, employees examined risk factors and early warning signs of this condition. They then carried out practical exercises designed to identify individual risk factors and analyze professional resources.
Special attention was given to the topic of “Communication and Interaction” — participants explored effective teamwork skills, which are an essential component of resilience and burnout prevention. The program also included team reflection and practical activities.
The training served as an important platform for open dialogue and strengthening team collaboration, contributing to a positive working atmosphere and enhancing staff resilience to professional stress.
We extend our gratitude to our esteemed colleague Fatima Alymbekova f.mishaevna for her engaging program and professionalism.
